Restaurant & Café Gouverneur the Rouville

(4 Ratings)
The perfect Willemstad evening
"De Gouverneur" is the go-to for traditional Antilean staples with an upscale twist. It's the best place to dine on Caribbean-Dutch fusion: try the local Keshi Yená and Karni Stoba dishes while sipping wine and listening to fun music. Sit out on the terrace for a gorgeous view of the Queen Emma Floating Bridge in the St. Anna Bay. You must try the Caribbean caramel flan, it's to die for.

Perfect

Three time and three times perfect. Nothing fancy just a very good food, for a lunch try the nicoise. Btw the waiter has those incredible blue eyes like the water and a charming smile :-)
